Plugenic, online as plugenic.com and it's sub networks; owned and operated by Plugenic Engineering, collects and stores personal information. This includes user profiles, set up information, login results, and the destinations of options and links.

Where ever possible we only keep information used while navigating through the site for the duration of your session. We also have a policy of using cookies (persistent data which is stored on your computer) only in limited circumstances. Other data is kept when ever possible local to your computer, and not sent to plugenic.com.

There are two levels of personal information collected at plugenic.com.

LEVEL 1 : includes your personal profile (the information you can edit at plugenic.com/setup) and other settings used to maintain your account. This also includes technical settings for the type of email, and browser you're using. Information in this level is stored and linked to your login handle. It is recalled when you log in, can be changed at plugenic.com/setup, and will be deleted when you end your Plugenic account. This data will remain with plugenic.com. It will not be sold, it will not be used for other services outside of the plugenic.com site.

LEVEL 2 : includes the address of your computer on the internet (the IP number of your internet connection), pages you access, times of connection, the browser your computer is using, your operating system, screen resolution, language preference and amount of data transfered to your computer. This information is NOT linked to your plugenic account. The data is used in a compilied form, mixed with other user data to provide statistics for the usage of plugenic.com. 3rd parties including investors and external companies may be provided with statistical data. This data is not linked to your level 1 information.

CHANGING YOUR INFORMATION

You may change or delete your personal profile and all other information used by plugenic.com's personalized services by logging into your account and accessing 'setup'.

DELETING YOUR INFORMATION

You may end your Plugenic membership at any time by clicking on the 'close account' option in your setup. This will cause the deletion of your profile on our online servers typically within 24 hours. Your information may persist on our network servers for another month, unless a law or court order dictates otherwise. After account closure we will continue to honor your privacy and not sell or distribute your personal information to commercial or non-government sources.

IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM OR COMPLAINT

If you have problems in closing your membership you can email your login and password to online@plugenic.com with the subject 'close account'. If you email us please allow 48 hours for your request to be completed.

LEGAL RIGHTS

No individual information is stored or made available outside of normal account operations needed by the user, unless so directed by an act of law or court order. Your information is protected by the laws of the state of California, and the United States of America. Your data may be moved to facilities in Canada or the European Union during the corse of operating the service. When this occurs your data may be additionally subject to the laws of those regions.
