    Why your ID Code is so important for your Plugenic connection.

    The ID Code is used throughout Plugenic to confirm your identity for using your email address. Because of this its important to keep your ID Code secret and known only to yourself. Your ID Code should remain the same throughout your time on Plugenic, but sometimes your personal agent may change your ID Code to another for your own security, if it does so it will inform you by email and alow a short 'grace period' to cover its use.

    Please note that we will NEVER ASK FOR YOUR ID CODE BY EMAIL.

    Uses of your ID Code on Plugenic include:

  • Changing your preferences or personal details
  • Joining or exiting a channel
  • Sending a message
  • Designing your personal channel

    If you've lost your ID Code please contact us, though alow 3 days for your new code.
